Our tassels are beautifully made and intentionally lightweight, which means they can be a little delicate. If yours needs a refresh, repair, or full replacement, we’re always happy to get it fixed and replaced so you can get back to styling it your way.
Our replacement tassels and cords are here to give your favorite piece a fresh start. Whether your tassels have gotten a little wild on the dance floor or your cord has seen one too many rodeos, we’ve got you covered. We know things can happen to your bolo, but we’re here to help.

Bolo repairs should be shipped back to us in the original packaging or similar hard box to prevent damage in transit.
We’ll take care of her and send her home ready for her next outing, with shipping back to you on us.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 9am or on the weekend will ship the following business day. All in stock inventory is up to date online and is represented on the individual product page. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship via Fedex or USPS. Please allow up to 2 days from shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Plating in 14k yellow gold and silver rhodium over brass should be handled with care to prevent scratching or damage.
Maintain your jewelry's shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soap, perfume, lotion, makeup and hair products. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering and exercise. Prolonged exposure to water and sweat will dull the luster of your jewelry over time. To clean, gently rinse well in warm water and dry carefully with a clean soft cloth.
Rahya Jewelry Design provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items within 15 days of purchase. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.
